
The Lose Big Programme is a 13-week structured and guided weight loss programme designed by Dave Nuku, trainer of the Blue team on The Biggest Loser Asia.
The programme is designed especially for people with BMI (Body Mass Index) of over 25 or a total body fat percentage of over 35%.

The programme will only have a maximum of up to 16 people per course, with two qualified trainers leading a group of 8 people or less. This means that you will be with people who have the same starting point as you, who understand your needs and motivations.
